As chief ITIL architect, Taylor oversaw the work of the advisory committee on the ITIL refresh, a process that lasted for over three years and which introduced major changes. She is also the chair of the International Executive Board of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), a non-profit organization with 53 chapters around the world.
